While we prefer partnerships that last at least a year to allow for meaningful impact, we’re flexible and can accommodate different timeframes depending on the nature of the collaboration. We’ll work with you to determine the appropriate timeframe based on your objectives and constraints.
No, not all partnerships involve financial contributions. While funding is certainly valuable, we recognize that organizations can contribute in many ways, including in-kind support, expertise, volunteers, facilities, technology, networks, and more. We value these non-financial contributions equally and seek to leverage each partner’s unique strengths and resources.
We work with each partner to establish clear goals and metrics at the outset of our collaboration. These typically include both quantitative and qualitative indicators that align with our shared objectives. We conduct regular check-ins and formal evaluations to track progress, make adjustments as needed, and assess outcomes. Absolutely! Many of our partners engage with multiple Repeta initiatives based on their interests and capabilities. For example, a corporate partner might support our 1 Youth, 1 Job program through internships while also contributing to Education for All through employee volunteering.
